RETURNS & POLICY FOR

At Candy Reign, each item is carefully handmade to order, making every piece unique. Due to the nature of our products and production process, we operate a strict returns policy, outlined below.

 

 

 

 

1. Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

 

 

All Candy Reign items are handmade and produced in small batches or made to order.

 

Because of this:

 

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

  • Please ensure you carefully check product descriptions, sizing guides, and measurements before placing your order.

  • If you are unsure about sizing or fit, please contact us before ordering, and we will be happy to assist.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

 

 

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

 

If this occurs:

 

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the issue

  • Email: [your support email]

 

 

Once reviewed, we will offer:

 

  • A repair

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, where appropriate

 

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

 

 

3. Hygiene & Wear Policy

 

 

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that:

 

  • Have been worn

  • Have makeup, perfume, deodorant, or scent residue

  • Show signs of use

  • Have been washed or altered

 

 

Returned items must be in original condition, with tags intact, where applicable.

 

 

 

 

4. Custom & Personalised Orders

 

 

All custom, personalised, or bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.

 

This includes:

 

  • Custom sizing

  • Personalised designs

  • Colour modifications

  • Special requests

 

 

 

 

 

5. Processing Times & Production

 

 

As our items are handmade:

 

  • Production times are clearly stated on product pages

  • Delays due to production complexity do not qualify for cancellation or refunds

 

 

 

 

 

6. Order Cancellations

 

 

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

 

If cancellation is requested before production begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus administrative and processing fees.
